Name Spinner grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so.

3. User Data

Names and wheel data you input into the spinner are stored locally on your device using local storage. We do not collect or store that information on our servers during normal use. Share links encode your list in the URL — anyone with the link can load that list.

If you submit our contact form, you provide name, email, and message content so we can respond. Do not use the form to transmit confidential or sensitive information.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, error-free, or available.

5. Limitation of Liability
